Job description
As a Category C driver, you will be part of our dedicated transport team. You play a crucial role in the daily operations by ensuring that goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Safe and timely delivery of goods to various locations.
Loading and unloading the truck, taking into account safety and care for the goods.
Performing preventative maintenance checks and reporting any technical issues.
Complying with road traffic legislation and company procedures.
Maintaining good customer relations upon delivery.

Your profile
As a driver with a C license, you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Good physical condition and able to lift heavy objects.
Excellent navigation skills and geographical knowledge.
Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
Reliable and able to work independently, but also as part of a team.

Company information
Our client, a transport company from Geraardsbergen specializing in the transportation of, for example, electrical appliances, individually packaged or on pallets. The freight and delivery vans are equipped to transport the goods in optimal conditions. They also provide transportation for glassware or items that do not have standard dimensions (e.g., pianos). For (fresh) food in particular, they work with refrigerated transport.
