Job description

As a CE driver, you are the face of the company.
You are responsible for the transport of goods to various locations (nationally).
You play a crucial role in the logistics chain and are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods.
You will drive for Inex-Aldi-Colruyt, however, this is not distribution but loading and unloading of full loads (max 4 to 5 stops).

Your profile

As a CE driver, you are responsible for:
Safe driving of a truck with trailer.
Loading and unloading goods, often with the help of an electric pallet truck.
Checking the load for safety and accuracy.
Compliance with driving and rest times as established in European legislation.
Communication with the transport planner and customers about delivery times and possible delays.

Company information

Our client is an expert in national transportation with tarpaulin trucks or with tippers. Depending on the type of transport, they will be employed in the food sector or the construction industry. Therefore, the drivers will mainly provide day trips for the customers, and the truck will always be stationed at the client's company.
