Job description

For this function as a call agent for Kitchenaid:
You take the customer's side! A customer becomes your customer. Because you are ready to help via various channels. Customers call, write, text, email chat with you when they need help. And there you are: a calm rock in the surf, a beacon of knowledge and friendliness. Sometimes you call to follow up. Until your customer is a satisfied customer. You do this with handy tools and methods that we have fine-tuned for you.

Your profile

Finnish is your native language. Proficiency in English is required for internal communication, interaction with our client KitchenAid, and for training purposes. You live in Belgium and are authorized to work here. You demonstrate active listening and customer-oriented skills. You manage stress effectively and work well within a team. You are quick to learn, process-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Administrative tasks and spotless writing are your strengths. You excel in offering customers suggestions for a better or more comprehensive service. You are proficient with computers.

You will join our client, which specializes in providing a wide range of knowledge-intensive customer support services. Operating from four locations in the Benelux, the company handles several million customer contacts per year (both B2B and B2C).
