Job description
Choosing this job as a kitchen assistant means that you will successfully complete the following tasks daily:
After the service, you clean up and ensure the hygienic storage of foodstuffs. You clean the equipment and workplace, you are responsible for order and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- you assist with the mise-en-place of the dishes: cleaning, washing, peeling, cutting, and cooking vegetables
- you prepare garnishes, cold sauces, soups, appetizers, and desserts, salads
- you can step in on the hot side and follow the instructions of the chef and sous-chef
After the service, you clean up and ensure the hygienic storage of foodstuffs. You clean the equipment and workplace, you are responsible for order and cleanliness in the kitchen.
