Job description

For the vacancy of Operator Extrusion in Lievegem, you will be assigned a lot of tasks.

You will be responsible for setting up, operating and adjusting a complete extrusion line for blow extrusion.
Below is a sample of the package:


  • You start by adding the levers to the machine and superficially get to know the machine a little already

  • After internal training, you will be responsible for starting/stopping, checking quality and making adjustments where necessary.

  • You ensure guaranteed continuity in production.

  • You have a sense of quality, work structurally and try to analyse and identify problems.

Our client, based in Waarschoot, is a manufacturer of customised flexible polyethylene packaging.
They supply a wide range of plastic bags, films and sleeves for both manual and automatic applications. They are a partner for both food and non-food industries.
Printing of packaging is also carried out here, this up to 6 colours, to give the whole thing a personal touch.

Our client is a modern production company where quality and flexibility are key.
They are constantly looking at new developments. Their extrusion, confection and printing departments together create a total package for the customer.
