Job description

As Operator/Line Manager, you will be in charge of a high-tech production line of tens of metres long, managing a team of two employees.

You guarantee the quality of the delivered products and operate your production line in an efficient and safe manner, with as little production loss as possible.
You are able to solve initial problems.
You carry out minor technical adjustments and help with the maintenance of these lines.
You ensure correct shift handover and report to the master guy.

For the vacancy of Operator/Line Manager, our client is looking for the following person who fully agrees with the description below:


  • You have a healthy dose of technical insight, this through training or experience as a production operator or line manager within an industrial environment.

  • You are eager to learn and have a talent for managing a team.

  • You are a real team player who likes to work safely, accurately and independently.

  • You speak and understand Dutch very well.

  • You are willing to work in a 3-shift regime.
