Job description

As a painter at our client’s company, you will ensure the perfect finish for every job, both indoors and outdoors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Starting at 7 a.m. on the job site, finishing at 3:30 p.m.

  • Preparing surfaces: applying tape, smoothing walls, sanding, and filling gaps.

  • Performing indoor and outdoor painting tasks.

  • Completing painting, wallpapering, and varnishing work.

  • Preparing surfaces for painting or protective coatings.

  • Sanding, blasting, and filling various materials such as metal, wood, and plaster.

  • Mixing and applying paint according to guidelines.

  • Prepping work: taping, filling, sanding, and caulking.

  • Setting up and safely dismantling ladders and scaffolding with your colleagues.


Your profile

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone who can independently reach a pick-up point in the Rotselaar region every morning (preferably a carpool near the highway).

  • Willing to be flexible with tasks.

  • Used to working efficiently and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Able to work with a team of up to 4 or 5 people.

  • Having a strong team spirit, but also capable of working independently.

  • Caring about making a good impression on clients.

  • Able to explain the different steps of the painting process during a conversation.

Our client specializes in large painting jobs, both indoor and outdoor. For instance, they paint in hospitals, nursing homes, public buildings, and social housing. This company has years of experience and a team of professionals who manage each project efficiently. They have completed projects all over Belgium, such as the courthouse in Leuven, various buildings at the University of Antwerp, and the AZ Damiaan hospital in Ostend. In addition to painting, they are also experts in flooring and wall protection installation.
