Job description

For the vacancy of Powder Coater, the following will be part of your daily tasks:

  • You will work with a manual powder coating and a robotic powder coating machine

  • You will be able to fully organise the paint shop, after extensive training

  • You coordinate the daily activities in the preparation, hanging and coating area

  • You control the paintwork and the output of the paint shop and make adjustments where necessary

  • You help think of innovative solutions/improvement proposals

  • You can work quickly, efficiently and meticulously with a view to excellent quality

Your profile

To run the paint shop, our client in Eeklo is looking for a Powder Painter that:

  • Once you know what is expected of you, you fly in. If you get stuck somewhere, you will find your way.

  • Working in a team is no problem for you either

  • Technical background is a plus (so you know your machine when problems arise and basic maintenance is required)

  • Problem-solving and willing to learn

  • Physical work (20 kg bags) is no problem for you

  • Has a hands-on mentality, you are not afraid to take the initiative and think for yourself

  • Conscientious and committed to quality and cleanliness

  • Likes spontaneity and feels happy in a family environment

  • Likes clear and friendly communications
