Job description

As a manager


  • General site management and organisation

  • Definition of the site's human and material resources requirements

  • Applying procedures, guidelines and work instructions

  • Defining the methods and means of execution to be used

  • Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors

  • Contacts with the customer, project developers and various authorities

  • Drawing up and monitoring site schedules and meeting deadlines

  • Follow-up of accounts with the customer


Your profile


  • You are trained in the construction and public works sector and/or have at least 5 years' similar experience in the sector

  • You have a perfect command of MS Office software (particularly Excel)

  • You are organised, available and responsible

  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team

  • You have basic safety training (VCA)

  • You are fluently with French, Dutch and English

  • Your office is located in the Peutie military barracks (Vilvoorde)

  • Clear certificate of good conduct
