Job description
For this vacancy, we are looking for a sous chef for a brand-new concept. The focus is on meat, and we offer you the opportunity to be part of a prestigious project from the start.
As a Sous Chef, you will contribute to the preparation and execution of dishes. You will work closely with the team, support the kitchen, and ensure that the quality and presentation of both hot and cold dishes are always excellent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing mise-en-place for both hot and cold dishes
Actively supporting the head chef in all kitchen tasks
Ensuring an orderly and efficient kitchen operation
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Contributing innovatively to menu development and presentation

Your profile
For the sous chef vacancy, we are looking for someone with experience and the following qualities:
4 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within French cuisine, specifically with meat
Skilled in both hot and cold kitchen preparations
Enthusiasm for the culinary arts and an eye for detail
Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
Communication skills in French, English, or Dutch
