Job description

CNH Industrial Zedelgem is looking for welders.
As a welder, you are responsible for producing series work or custom metalwork.
You operate the welding device, lay the finest welds and combine this with spot welding and bolt/nut connections.

Your profile

You have been trained in welding and have the welding certificates.
Moreover, you can work accurately and safely.
Being able to read plans is an advantage.
Your physical condition is in check, just like your team spirit.

Job-related competencies:

  • Control the equipment and regulate the welding parameters (intensity, flow, ...) according to the material and the welds to be performed

  • Determine the materials and welding methods based on instructions, technical documents, plans, ...

  • Check the conformity of the weld, constructions and assemblies

  • Assemble and weld various elements to each other or to a support

  • Prepare the connections and position the parts, plates, pipes or profiles onto each other or a support

  • Evaluate errors and make necessary rework or finishing operations (weld seams, deposits, surface condition, ...)
