Description de l'emploi
The Business Development Manager is a highly motivated, self-reliant individual with excellent communication skills who demonstrates a good analytical mind. He/she recognizes business opportunities in the investment management sector. He helps to identify strategic opportunities for prospection and communication.
As a leader, he/she drives the Business Development Team (Sales, Sales Engineers, and Marketeers). He/she organizes the daily basis tasks of the team to reach the business objectives defined by the management. In addition, through his initiatives, he will take part in the improvement of various internal processes to achieve the objectives of the company.
Main responsibilities :

Main responsibilities :
- Actively coordinates the tasks of the team for the search of news prospects ideally suited for the various modules of the solution
- Owns and builds a network of relationships to detect new trends of the market
- Tasked with working in the key major European markets of interest, mainly Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
- Great understanding of business needs and offers
- Has a very good knowledge of portfolio investment management
- Define the price policy in the sales process
- Achieves sales objectives
- Coordinates Marketing and Communication plan
- Define the prospection strategy and execute its follow-up with the sales team
- Collaborate effectively with other departments of the company
- Manage the end-of-year evaluation process
Votre profil
- Master in Finance or Economy
- Minimum 10 years of experience as financial software sales
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ease of use of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of the marketing activities
- Prepared to travel in Europe
- Capable of meeting challenges
- Ability to work and collaborate with others
- Leading spirit
- Agree with the values set by the company and be ready to convey them
