As an active member of our client's team of industrial electricians, you'll be delighted to discover the attractive benefits awaiting you:


  • Competitive Salary: Your remuneration will be commensurate with your expertise, with a competitive gross salary. You'll start on €16,518 per hour if you have less than a year's experience, €16,898 per hour from 1 to 3 years, and an impressive €18 per hour after 3 years in a similar role

  • Generous break bonuses: To reward you for your dedication, you'll be entitled to attractive break bonuses. Enjoy a bonus of 11% in the morning and during the day, and 13% in the afternoon.

  • On-call bonus: Your commitment deserves special recognition. You'll receive a bonus of €75 gross per week on call to ensure operational continuity

  • On-site intervention bonus: When you intervene on site, you'll be rewarded with a bonus of €15 gross per intervention, with a minimum of 2 hours' time credited as overtime

  • Social benefits: our partner also offers social benefits, i.e. meal vouchers worth €8 per day worked.

Functieomschrijving

As an industrial electrician with our partner, your tasks will include..:


  • Carry out various maintenance and repair tasks on the building, including lifting equipment such as shutters, docks, wrapping machines and conveyors

  • Carrying out electrical, telephone and IT modifications and installations

  • Ensure safety by carrying out daily rounds to monitor fire indicators

  • Manage the maintenance of all the company's machinery.

  • Diagnose breakdowns and propose solutions

  • Working with external technicians and carrying out other tasks as required

  • In addition, participate in an on-call system one week per month during the day, as well as one full weekend per month in rotation with colleagues

You may fit the profile if :


  • You value flexibility and availability to respond quickly to needs and emergencies

  • You demonstrate strict compliance with work procedures and safety standards

  • Team spirit and a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues are essential for you

  • You are trained as an electrician or have a sound knowledge of electricity

  • You have IT, telephony and mechanical skills

  • Basic knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
