- Consultation with other departments about the use of engineers
- Long-term prognosis about needed (human) resources
- Follow-up of finalization of executed service orders in cooperation with order processors
- Follow up of pending service orders in cooperation with sales department

- You are an ambitious person with preferably a Bachelor's degree
- Work experience in the maritime industry is an advantage
- You like challenges and achieving targets
- You are creative and like to think in solutions
- You have a strong motivation and perseverance
- You are honest and reliable
- You have a good command of English language in word and writing, Dutch is a plus
- You live in the Antwerp region
