Job description

As a future Team Leader for green maintenance at our client, you will be responsible for the following tasks:


  • You will manage a team of 2 to 5 people for the green maintenance department at both clients and on the company’s own site

  • As a Team Leader, you take the lead and actively work alongside your team

  • You guide the assignment and coach your colleagues where necessary

  • You transport your team to the location of the assignment and provide the necessary materials

  • You report on the assignment to management each time

  • You work from 8am to 4pm in a 39-hour work schedule


Your profile

As Team Leader for green maintenance at our client, you recognize yourself in the following competencies:


  • You have initial experience in green maintenance or have green fingers from home

  • Leading and coaching your team to see them grow gives you energy

  • You enjoy working outside

  • You hold a driving license B (a driving license BE is a plus but not a must)

  • You are communicatively skilled and can be patient
