Temp-to-perm: temporary work with a twist
Temp-to-perm in a nutshell: starting on a temporary basis, with the prospect of a permanent contract. It is the formula that we offer most often to our customers.
We always aim for a long-term match between employee and employer. Although some temporary agency workers deliberately choose temporary jobs, the goal for most is still to join an employer on a permanent basis. Through temp-to-perm, this happens after a predetermined period through the temporary agency work system.

Permanent contract from the start
Wish to offer a permanent contract to the employee that we have found for you even before the end of the temporary employment period? This can be done in two ways:
- A selection fee is a fixed contract from the start. It’s a one-off fee agreed in advance.
- A waiver fee is the second option. In this case, the new employee starts with a temporary agency contract and you decide to offer a contract even before the end of the temporary employment period.
We use our years of experience and digital tools to make every selection a success. Even after the start-up, however, we continue to monitor the cooperation closely. With the necessary contact and evaluation moments, we always keep our finger on the pulse.
Although temp-to-perm is the most popular option, a permanent contract can be an added bonus in certain situations. For example, when recruiting for occupations where there is a shortage of applicants or convincing latent job seekers, a permanent contract is a strong plus.
