Temp-to-perm: a start on an agency basis leading to a permanent contract

Temp-to-perm, that’s temporary agency work with a twist. It starts on an agency basis, with the prospect of a permanent contract. This is the formula we offer most often. 

We always aim for a long-term match between employee and employer. Although some temporary agency workers deliberately opt for temporary jobs, the goal for most is still to be permanently employed by an employer after a predetermined period in the agency system. Advantages:

A permanent contract from the start

Want to offer a permanent contract to the employee we have found for you even before the end of the agency period? This can be done in two ways: 

  • A selection fee is a fixed contract from the start. This is a one-off fee that was agreed in advance. 
  • A recruitment fee is also possible. In this case, the new employee starts with a temporary agency contract and you decide to offer a contract even before the end of the agency period. 

We use our experience and all our tools to make the selection a success. Of course, even after your new employee starts, we remain curious about how your collaboration is going. We will therefore schedule a few more contact moments with you and your new employee to review your initial experiences and to provide support where necessary. 

Recruitment and selection are gaining popularity in a tight labour market. We see a wide range of employers opting for this option. When recruiting for bottleneck jobs in particular, it can be an added bonus to win the applicant over straightaway. Advantages
