CTRL-F focuses on Engineering, Finance, Logistics and Science: sectors where talent is in demand but can be hard to find.

 

CTRL-F specialises in search and selection and freelance recruitment, combining headhunting with a personal, candidate-led approach.

 

Its recruitment specialists find the ideal match between specialist professionals and challenging roles.

 

In 2017, we launched Nowjobs together with House of HR: a fully digital temporary staffing platform for students and flexible workers. Through its app or web platform, Nowjobs quickly connects them with businesses that need temporary staff, particularly in hospitality, retail, events and festivals, sales, administration, logistics, transport and industry.

 

Today, the platform is used by more than 800,000 people and 30,000 businesses across Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Nowjobs has grown into an international brand, operating as StaffMe in France.

 

Since 2016, JobRoad has helped people facing barriers to employment find jobs with a future.

 

We believe everyone deserves the chance to take part in society, and that work is the strongest way to make that happen.

 

What began within Accent, House of HR, VDAB and Voka has grown into an independent international non-profit organisation. It brings employers, local authorities and organisations together to create opportunities for untapped talent.

 

Through a personal approach, we help people overcome barriers related to language, transport or training. We guide them step by step towards an inclusive workplace where they can truly grow.

 

Sixie supports motivated people over 60 who want to stay active and share their knowledge after retirement.

 

The team helps them find a new job or assignment where they can put their experience and talent to work for a business or the wider community.

 

Sixie finds temporary or project-based assignments tailored to each person and supports them every step of the way, whether they work as freelancers or temporary employees.

 

In a world that too often overlooks experience, Sixie wants to change that. Age does not matter, attitude does!

 

Talent Lab was founded in 2020 with one clear belief: a business only truly grows when its people grow with it. Everyone deserves the chance to learn and progress at work, whether they are just starting out or have years of experience.

 

Talent Lab focuses on doers, makers and people who get things moving in construction and industry. Its training is practical, accessible and tailored to your business’s needs. Participants can apply what they learn the very next day at work.

 

Together with specialist partners, Talent Lab trains 15,000 people every year. This helps people feel happier at work, creates more opportunities to progress and builds stronger businesses.
