Job description
As a cleaning supervisor, you lead various cleaning teams. These are active at various locations in the region of Ghent, Lokeren, Aalst. Important tasks for this vacancy are:
- You check the quality of the work performed, communicate clearly with your team and the client, and organize and coordinate the cleaning activities
- You handle the planning, follow up on administration and absences,
- You are responsible for directing, training, and hiring staff
- You are attentive to the needs and wishes of the client and respond to them. In doing so, you always take into account the agreements and processes with the client
- As the first point of contact for the client, you always think carefully and do everything possible to ensure good service
Your profile
The ideal candidate for this job recognizes themselves in the following:
- You are able to work daily in the region of Ghent, Lokeren, Aalst
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, both orally and in writing, to discuss with employees and customers
- You are strong in making schedules
- You have a solid knowledge of MS Office applications
- You have experience in leadership, are communicative and strong in administration
- Irregular hours do not scare you and you can work under pressure
- Preferably, you have experience in the cleaning sector
- You have a type B driver's license
- You are fluent in establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers
- You have a nose for business and actively seek and see opportunities
