Job description

We are looking for a customer-friendly technician who provides our customers with professional services; In this role, you are the backbone of B&A - an everyday hero who makes daily life easier for people; Your task is to ensure high-quality service, improve the safety and functionality of the devices, and foster steady and progressive communication with the customer and the users of the equipment; As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for maintenance and minor repairs in your region; You conduct regular inspections and maintenance, troubleshoot problems and defects; You are also the point of contact for the customer, to whom you provide advice on preventive maintenance and recommended adjustments; You travel a lot and deal with a wide range of customers and locations, from businesses to building complexes; Besides these standard tasks, you participate in the emergency service (once every 6 to 8 weeks); Safety and correct functionality of the installations are your responsibility; You ensure an orderly and safe workplace while performing maintenance tasks; You maintain communication with the customer or end users at the work location; You ensure accurate reporting of completed tasks.

Your profile

You hold at least a secondary diploma in electromechanics, electricity, or electronics, or you have relevant work experience;
You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, which is necessary for safely carrying out your tasks at various locations;
You function well independently, but you are also a team player who communicates effectively with colleagues;
Technology excites you;
Work experience in the sector is considered an asset.
