  • An hourly wage starting at €19.86 gross, depending on knowledge, experience, and education.

  • 36 hours of work, but you are paid for 37 hours.

Job description

What will you do as a maintenance technician?

As a technician, you are responsible for the smooth functioning of all facility installations and amenities on our company premises. You tackle both simple and complex tasks and play a key role in daily operations.

  • You act as the first point of contact for resolving facility malfunctions.

  • You perform daily operational tasks on installations such as steam systems, water purification, and compressed air compressors.

  • You quickly and efficiently address safety notifications and resolve them immediately.

  • You conduct weekly tests and safety checks, for example on the sprinkler system or the roof.

  • You supervise contractors and suppliers during their activities on our premises.

  • You carry out various facility tasks, such as replacing lamps, installing fences, and performing small structural repairs.


Your profile

Who is our client looking for in the position of maintenance technician? We are looking for a technically strong and motivated maintenance technician who works independently and thinks about solutions. Do you recognize yourself in the profile below? • You have at least a BSO diploma in an electrical direction. • You have basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and plumbing; knowledge of water purification and steam installations is a plus. • You have experience with welding. • You work independently, set priorities, and have strong problem-solving skills. • Safety is very important to you, and you communicate smoothly with different parties. • You are flexible, including for weekend work (Saturdays). • You are proficient with a computer and have basic knowledge of Office. • You are a real team player and enjoy working with fellow technicians.
