Motor Vehicle Mechanic

As a mechanic, you are responsible for:maintenance and repair of delivery vans and trucksperforming mechanical and electrical diagnosticsclear communication with the workshop manager and service advisorsmooth cooperation with the warehouse clerk so that the correct parts can be ordered and delivered on time 

Truck Mechanic

Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on engines, gearboxes, and other componentsMaintaining brakes, suspension, and other crucial systemsCarrying out various repairs and technical inspectionsCollaborating with colleagues to efficiently solve problemsApplying safety and quality regulations 

Truck Fitter

Your daily work consists of bodywork repairs on vehicles of various brands, based on work orders. You straighten out bodywork parts, replace damaged parts, and repair or adjust plastic parts. You apply basic welding procedures according to the prescribed guidelines, and you assemble and disassemble mechanical vehicle components. You perform checks on the drive system, suspension, and chassis. You prepare surfaces and components for paintwork by cleaning, filling, sanding, masking, making them dust-free, and degreasing. You sand new parts if necessary and apply primer. 

Body Repairer

As a car mechanic, you ensure that customers can safely hit the road with their car by performing the following tasks:Performing maintenance and repairs on passenger cars and commercial vehicles according to the brand's guidelinesIdentifying technical problems with the engine, brakes, suspension, and other systemsReplacing or adjusting defective parts, fluids, and filtersTesting and inspecting vehicles after repair to ensure everything works properly

Diagnostic Technician

As a versatile car body repairer, you are responsible for all aspects of bodywork repair from A to Z.You master all techniques for a flawless result.Assembly/disassembly: Dismantling/removing body parts/components of a vehicle. Reassembling new or repaired body parts/components of a vehicle.Preparation: Preparing the repaired vehicle for the application of final layers.Spraying: Re-spraying the replaced and repaired bodywork parts with quality equivalent to the original, both in terms of the correct color and the structure of the final layer, in line with the original paintwork.Sheet metal work: Processing, repairing, and replacing multiple types of materials (steel, plastic, aluminum, ...) related to bodywork parts. 

Panel Beater

• You are responsible for the repair of vehicle bodywork.• You repair or replace damaged parts, sometimes based on an expert report obtained from the insurance company.• You perform activities in the area of disassembly, assembly, sheet metal work, alignment, preparation, painting, and finishing.• You apply the appropriate sealant.• You measure and check with measuring tools, such as a caliper, ruler, micrometer, …• You prepare the surface for painting, such as cleaning, filling, and sanding.• You apply primers and base coats.• You glue bodywork parts. 

As a bodyworker, you are responsible for repairing and maintaining vehicle bodywork. Your main tasks include:Preparing bodywork tasks, including (dis)assembling partsSanding, filling, and denting the bodyworkRepairing minor and major damagesPerforming paintwork or supporting with lacquer work/spot repairsCarrying out quality control on completed tasksEnsuring a clean and safe workspaceCollaborating with colleagues and stepping in flexibly when necessaryThe work is prepared and distributed among colleagues per document. All parts are prepared per person on a rack by the warehouse employee.Everyone has their own workplace and knows based on the document what tasks need to be executed.
