Must-haves for this job

  • Driving license CE with professional competence (code 95, valid for at least 1 year)
  • Preferably experience as a concrete mixer driver and working with a wheel loader.
  • Flexible and not afraid of heavy work or varying hours.
  • Can work independently and is customer-friendly.
  • Has knowledge of safety regulations and adheres to them.
  • Preferably in possession of the required certificates for concrete mixer driver.

WILLEMEN INFRA excels as a leading road builder in all aspects of road construction. Not only the execution of works, but also all supporting services are managed in-house: laboratories, design services, maintenance services, surveyors, signaling, ... We are also strongly represented in the port and petrochemistry sectors.

With our four asphalt plants, a 50% stake in Ascovil (Villers-Le-Bouillet) and four concrete plants, we are one of the main producers of asphalt and road concrete. Thanks to our plants in Bruges, Ghent, Schoten, and Lummen, we can produce and supply TRA 50-certified road concrete throughout Flanders, both for our own projects and for third parties. The certification adds great value to the end result, both in quality and aesthetics.

We place high priority on sustainability. This is reflected on one hand in the continuous pursuit of the highest possible quality and safety during the production of materials and execution of works. On the other hand, in the importance we attach to the impact of our activities on the environment and society. For instance, we have our own recycling sites, enabling us to actively contribute to the reuse of concrete, asphalt, and construction debris. Our efforts in CO2 reduction on our sites and in our business operations were rewarded in 2021 with the very first Belgian CO2-conscious certificate issued by COPRO. We achieve level 5 on the CO2 Performance Ladder. Moreover, our recycling sites and concrete plants have been CSC-certified since early 2024.

Willemen Infra is part of the Infra business line of Willemen Group, together with Mobilmat (minor maintenance and repair of asphalt and concrete roads), transport company Vandamme-Madoe, and Kumpen Renovation Techniques, specialized in the renovation of gas, water, and sewer systems.
