Job description

For the job as concrete repairer in the Aalter region, you will perform the following tasks:


  • Cleaning, preparing, and protecting the work environment

  • Cleaning contaminated prefabricated elements

  • Repairing damages and/or imperfections in architectural concrete (such as cracks, broken corners, and color differences)

  • Applying coatings, waterproofing, and special finishes for a uniform appearance and dirt- and water-repellent properties

  • Collaborating with architects and contractors to achieve the desired quality and aesthetics and to successfully complete punch lists

  • Inspecting and testing repaired parts for durability and quality

  • Collaborating with internal colleagues from production, quality, and laboratory to optimize the work processes and recipes for repairs


Your profile

For the job as a concrete repairer in the Aalter region, we are looking for the following profile:


  • Experience in concrete repair, construction, or a similar technical function

  • Knowledge of materials and techniques for architectural concrete

  • An eye for detail and a passion for precision work

  • Good physical condition (working at heights and outdoors)

  • Driving license B (and C is a plus)

  • Proactive and constructive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
