Our client in the metal sector in Bruges is looking for a CE Driver who does not only want to sit in the truck.
We are looking for someone who:
- is in possession of a CE driving license with valid code 95
- forklift certificate + experience, as this is necessary for daily use of it
- is customer-oriented, as you represent the company
- is interested in driving a tractor-trailer or baché
- masters Dutch for document handling and customer contact
- loading and unloading yourself is a big must here
Salary and extra-legal benefits
Your salary is negotiable and falls between € 16 - € 18.
You can count on 12 paid recuperation days per year.

At startup, you will find yourself in the workshop, where you pick and load all goods into the truck.
In addition to working in the workshop, you will also regularly be on the road visiting customers and suppliers, which provides a lot of variety and challenge in your work.
We mainly offer day work, which allows you to maintain a good balance between work and private life. You won't have to do much overtime.
You will become part of a close-knit team where cooperation and craftsmanship are central.
You work daytime hours and won’t have to perform much overtime.
For the vacancy of Truck Driver CE, you will also be responsible for warehouse work.
Briefly explained, you will also be responsible for:
- loading and unloading your truck using a forklift
- delivering and picking up goods to and from customers and suppliers
- placing and checking delivered products in the warehouse
- picking and checking orders
- preparing goods for shipment
- correct processing of documents
The general organization and cleanliness of the warehouse are also your responsibility.
The trips typically involve around five stops per day.
