Salary and extra-legal benefits

- Gross hourly wage: € 17.00
- Meal vouchers: € 10.00 per worked day
- Shift premium:
- Early and late: € 1.0475 per hour
- Night: € 3.10 per hour
- Full-time contract (always enough work)
- Permanent contract after a positive interim period

Work schedule
Early: 6:00 - 14:00 (Friday until 13:00)
Late: 14:00 - 22:00 (Friday until 13:00 - 20:00)
Night: 22:00 - 06:00 (Friday until 20:00 - 03:00)

In this job as extrusion operator in Boom, the following tasks are entrusted to you:
- You feed our extrusion machines with polyethylene granules and additives, either automatically or manually, always tailored to the current order.
- You create the correct mixtures and ensure everything is ready for smooth production.
- You support the film winding machines: sawing cardboard tubes to size, removing film rolls, and assisting colleagues where needed.
- You keep production data and help ensure correct follow-up of the process.
- You ensure order, cleanliness, and waste management in the department — a clean workspace = a smooth workday.
