  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

  • no weekend work

Job description

For the vacancy as a groundworker, we are looking for someone who will be employed on petrochemical sites.

The following tasks are among your responsibilities:

  • perform manual digging and small asphalt and concrete works

  • perform general odd jobs

  • maintain the necessary machines, tools, and safety equipment


Your profile

For the vacancy as a ground worker, we are looking for someone who can identify with the following profile:

  • you can independently travel to the Port of Antwerp, the sites are very difficult to reach by public transport and bicycle

  • you will be employed at petrochemical sites, making no day look the same

  • experience in ground, concrete, or formwork works

  • heavy physical work

  • Dutch

  • driving license B

  • valid VCA certificate, or willing to obtain it before starting

They are experts in tank jacking, civil works, piping works, turnarounds, painting works, E&I, E&A, panel construction, and engineering. Our client was founded in 1922 and has a long history in the field of tank terminals and refineries. Today, approximately 1,000 experienced people work for them worldwide, generating an annual turnover of around € 150 million.
