You will work in the production department, the beating heart of the bakery. Here, you are responsible for preparing dough, fillings, and other essential components to ensure the highest quality pastries can be achieved.
As a Patissier, you are capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and you are responsible for supervising production employees.
You mainly work during the day but are flexible and willing to work on weekends as well.
You prepare various bread and patisserie products and ensure the baking of bread and cakes according to the applicable quality standards.
You pay attention to the presentation of the products and aim for an attractive end result.
Additionally, you contribute to the development of new recipes and the optimization of existing recipes.
You ensure a clean and organized workplace,
- and always work according to the applicable hygiene and safety regulations.
