Salary and extra-legal benefits
- You will receive a full-time permanent contract at an international family business in the bakery sector
- You will earn a gross salary of € 20.08 per hour
- Additional shift allowance of 10% as you work in a rotating shift system (from 6 AM to 2 PM and from 2 PM to 10 PM), in the night shift the allowance is 20%
- Additionally, you will receive meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and group insurance
Vacation days
You can schedule your vacation in consultation with your colleagues, as there is no collective closure.

This job as line manager offers a position at a modern location in Erpe-Mere, easily accessible in the East Flanders region. You will work in a renovated production hall with plenty of space and advanced machinery. The location is easily accessible and has ample parking facilities. The job provides opportunities to develop yourself while working with fresh bread products.
In this job as line manager (in 2 shifts or in the fixed night shift) you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- starting, converting, and shutting down the production line
- managing waste streams according to GMP standards
- smooth communication with the packaging department during product transitions
- performing preventive maintenance on the line to limit or avoid malfunctions
