Job description

For the vacancy as a management assistant (HR, Accounting, Communication), you play a crucial role in supporting the HR, accounting, and communication department. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:


  • You will work closely with the HR and office manager and assist with various tasks within these departments, such as organizing meetings, administrative support during the recruitment process, assisting with internal and external communication through website updates, newsletters, and social media, etc...

  • You will also help coordinate internal and customer events, assist with accounting tasks such as monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, and support credit and collection efforts

  • Furthermore, you manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, transport, and ensuring travel guidelines are followed

  • Finally, you contribute to operational office management and participate in various ad-hoc tasks and internal projects


Your profile

For the vacancy as a management assistant in the Zaventem region, we are looking for someone who can identify with the following description:


  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree

  • You are trilingual in Dutch/French/English

  • You enjoy multitasking

  • A healthy dose of stress energizes you

  • You are a team player but can also work independently on projects

  • You prefer to work hands-on and are able to prioritize
