As a pork meat deboner, your responsibilities include:
• Deboning and cutting pork carcasses into various parts
• Working safely and efficiently with knives and specialized tools
• Ensuring high-quality meat pieces in accordance with company standards
• Strictly adhering to hygiene, safety, and food regulations
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth production flow
