- You are a hands-on technician who knows how to tackle tasks and can work both independently and in a team.
- You have a strong interest in and/or knowledge of mechanics and have experience with welding (semi-automatic and stick welding). Basic knowledge of electricity is an advantage.
- You have a flexible work attitude.
- Dutch with basic knowledge of French and English.
Other requirements:
- No fear of heights (sometimes working at heights).
- Certificates BA4 and BA5 + aerial work platform are an asset.

Vacation days
The company follows the official construction leave and is during these periods collectively closed.
As a mechanic you work in the concrete plant. This is an industrial environment where large quantities of concrete are produced daily for various construction projects. The plant consists of different zones, such as storage areas for raw materials (sand, gravel, cement), mixers, conveyor belts, laboratory spaces for quality control, and a control room where the concrete plant operator controls the production process.
In this versatile role, you are responsible for:
- The mechanical maintenance of various concrete processing installations and associated systems such as concrete plants, concrete distributors, overhead cranes, pumps, water purification installations, and heating boilers
- You ensure that everything remains in top condition and step in where necessary!
- In addition to mechanical maintenance, you also support electrical maintenance, allowing you to apply your technical expertise in various areas
- Working hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a half-hour lunch break
