Job description

As Operator/Line Manager, you are responsible for a high-tech production line of tens of metres long, managing a team of two employees.
You guarantee the quality of the delivered products and you operate your production line in an efficient and safe manner, with as little production loss as possible.
You are able to solve sudden problems, carry out minor technical adjustments and assist with preventive or planned maintenance.
You ensure correct shift handover and you report to the chief operating officer.

Your profile

For the vacancy of Operator/Line Manager, our client is looking for the following person who fully agrees with the following:

  • You complement a healthy dose of technical insight with stable work experience as a Production Operator or Line Manager within an industrial environment.

  • You are eager to learn and have a talent for managing a team.

  • You are a real team player who likes to work safely, accurately and independently.

  • You speak and understand Dutch very well.

  • You are willing to work in a week (3 shifts) regime.
