You will work at a production site in Oudenaarde, a modern and dynamic site that has been active in the precast concrete sector since 2000. The production focuses on columns and beams in reinforced and prestressed concrete, including round columns in various shapes. In addition, higher strength classes of concrete are used, enabling even complex constructions to be perfectly executed.
Through prefabrication, construction times are significantly shortened, and assembly is much less dependent on weather conditions compared to traditional poured concrete. The site is renowned for its expertise in technically challenging projects, where intensive collaboration with the client is undertaken to arrive at the most economical and high-quality solution.
The production is carried out according to strict quality standards and holds Benor certification for the Belgian market and an NF label for the French market. You will find yourself in an environment where craftsmanship, precision, and innovation are central — and where you contribute to sustainable, high-quality prefab concrete solutions.
- You will be deployed in the production of concrete prefab elements and are an important part of the production process.
- You are responsible for the safe transport of concrete elements using a gantry crane and forklift.
- You support your colleagues where needed and are versatilely deployed within the team. No day is the same and you help at different stations when needed.
- You work in the early shift, starting at 4:00.

This production is specialized in two specific units: on the one hand, the production of prestressed concrete roof elements, and on the other hand, the production of concrete wall elements, in smooth concrete, exposed aggregate concrete, or concrete on texture mats.
