You will work at a production department in Bornem that specializes in the manufacturing of beams and columns in prestressed and reinforced concrete. The entire production process is industrially set up and strongly focused on standardization, making efficiency and quality central.
This site has existed since 1999 and has continuously evolved over the years. In 2007, a large investment program was completed, including the launch of its own concrete plant and a tripling of the company's surface area. Additionally, the site is certified by KIWA under the Dutch Building Materials Decree, further confirming the high quality standards.
You will be part of a modern, well-equipped production environment where craftsmanship, safety, and career growth opportunities are important.
- You operate the overhead crane for the safe and efficient movement of concrete prefab elements, formworks, and other heavy materials.
- You load and unload trucks and ensure a correct internal flow of goods.
- You move materials precisely according to the planning and instructions.
- You inspect the lifting equipment and report any defects or unsafe situations.
- You work closely with production and logistics colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- You always take current safety regulations into account and ensure a safe working environment.
- You provide support where needed in organizing the warehouse and production.
- You contribute to order, cleanliness, and an efficient workspace.
