Salary and extra-legal benefits
We offer you an attractive employment package:
- Contract: We offer you a full-time permanent contract of 37 hours per week, over 5 nights per week in a 6-day work schedule from Sunday night to Friday night.
- Work schedule: You work according to a variable schedule within the time frame between 8:30 PM and 10:00 AM with an average of 7 hours and 24 minutes per night (excluding breaks), which is communicated no later than 7 calendar days in advance.
- Salary: €2,500 – €3,500 per month.
- Additional benefits: We offer meal vouchers (€8 per worked day), hospitalization insurance, eco vouchers, sector bonuses, a contribution for private transportation, and 22 vacation days per year. Additionally, you receive a night shift bonus of 20% for all work performed between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Location: You work in our largest and newest distribution site in Lokeren.
- Development: You get the chance to participate in a leadership program to further develop your leadership skills.
Vacation days
You work in a full-time schedule and are entitled to 22 vacation days per year. These can be freely determined in consultation with the team.
Lead an enthusiastic team as a Team Lead at the distribution site in Lokeren.
As Teamleader, you ensure optimal resource management and guarantee quality standards at the production level.
- You coach the team: support, guide, motivate, provide feedback, develop competencies, monitor progress...
- You give them clear instructions and closely monitor productivity.
- You are also responsible for a good onboarding and training of new employees, temporary workers, and students.
- You monitor attendance and absences and ensure an optimal distribution of tasks and organization of work depending on vacations, illness, workload, and priorities.
- You resolve problems by making the right decisions and systematically communicate about this with your fellow team leaders and the management team where necessary and useful.
- You ensure an optimal progress of the logistical process: adjusting machines, performing maintenance work, engaging the technical department for complex malfunctions...
- You are a contact person for the staffing agencies and temporary workers: planning, processing requests, monitoring goals in collaboration with the site manager and the night supervisor.
- You guarantee the quality of the logistical flow: preparing reports, formulating improvements, and adhering to the SAP flow.
- You ensure that rules and procedures regarding safety standards, HR, and quality are followed.
