  • A full-time job from Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 16:30

  • Every weekend free

  • Collectively closed, 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays, 1 week during the Easter holidays, 3 weeks in the summer (21/7 - 10/8) and the autumn holidays.

  • We work 40 hours per week, giving you 12 extra days off. On top of 20 statutory days off and 10 public holidays.

  • You will receive full training here on the job, no knowledge required.

  • Starting salary of 14.79 euros per hour, plus a meal voucher of 8 euros per day. After 3 months, 15.04 euros per hour. - With a permanent contract, 15.29 euros per hour and once you can independently complete your production list (usually around 9 months), 16.04 euros per hour.

  • Positive evaluation after 6 months? Then you will also receive a permanent contract of indefinite duration.


We are a family business with very open communication, the personnel manager will also see you twice a day. The business owners also still work here on the shop floor.

Once trained, you can work with your own music through your own earbuds or headphones, the radio also plays in the workshops.

Job description

Looking for a unique job that you can learn entirely on the job? A challenging production job but not assembly line work? As a production worker, you will learn how to manually make large ceramic pots. A selection from the tasks: - building these large pots with clay slabs, one slab weighs 15 kilos. - using a pallet truck to move the pots onto pallets. - removing the molds from the pots and reassembling them. - cleaning the molds with a high-pressure cleaner. - of course, you are also responsible for the order and cleanliness of the workplace. - This is a physical job where you work with your hands in the clay. We are therefore looking for employees who are eager to learn and motivated to master this unique job. Who obviously don't mind getting their hands dirty.

Your profile

For the job of production worker in the Ostend region, we are looking for someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves and recognizes themselves in the following points:

  • Knowledge of Dutch and English, you will end up in a multicultural company.

  • Physical work poses no problem.

  • You can travel independently by bike or car. You cannot get here by public transport, there is no bus stop nearby. From the station in Bruges, there is a bus for employees that you can use for free.

  • You are looking for a long-term job.

  • Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn to get trained for this job.

  • Of course, you must be handy, already having some experience in a job with physical work to be able to learn this job.

  • Detecting visible deviations in products, locating them, and sorting them (surface, color, ...).

  • Finishing, printing, or decorating products: Sanding.

  • Performing tasks: Placing on pallets.

  • Cleaning and tidying the work area (equipment, tools, ...).

The company mainly makes large handmade ceramic pots in all shapes and sizes. The products are destined to conquer the world by adorning the most beautiful places from luxurious villas to large city hotels to exotic gardens. Clay sourced from Western Europe is transformed into unique handmade pots in our Belgian atelier, 70 tons per week. No two pieces are exactly the same. Every design that leaves the premises is completely unique and carries the stamp of its maker.
