- Salary of 18.6612 per hour
- Travel allowance
- Night premium of 20% between the hours 22:00-06:00
- Meal vouchers per 7 hours worked of 8 euros
- Sunday premium of 30%
- Overtime from 40 hours per week
- Clothing allowance 1.38 euros/day

You will work in two different gas stations. On the one hand, you will work operationally, and on the other hand, you will coach and guide the gas station manager where necessary.
For the vacancy of Store Manager gas station region Kontich - 'S Gravenwezel you will have the following tasks:
- You bear the final responsibility over the shop
- You ensure that everything is perfectly coordinated daily and that shop operations run smoothly
- You are responsible for guiding colleagues and function as a coach
- You maintain control and keep an overview of the correct execution of tasks, adjusting where necessary
- You are a true entrepreneur and always look for ways to guarantee profit
- Customers are your priority, and you are always available to them
- You are the link between your shop and the headquarters and ensure appropriate reporting
- Together with your assistant manager, you ensure an optimal atmosphere and productivity within your team
