Day work: to be performed between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM with a half-hour lunch break. On Fridays, we work until 3:00 PM.
You work under a regime of 39 hours per week, with 10 extra vacation days per year.
Leave is collectively determined during the school holidays. Additionally, we offer you many extended weekends, as our 'bridge days' optimize the holiday periods.

As an operator, you are responsible together with your colleague for ensuring the smooth running of the production process within our growing SME.
You alternately operate the upgraded gluing machine and the laying machine.
This means that you ensure the correct setting of both machines according to the required parameters on a daily basis, always focusing on the highest product quality.
You manage the supply and scanning of raw materials such as plates, front and back covers, ensuring the production process never comes to a halt.
You perform quality checks so that the products always meet the stringent standards of our sector.
Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the supply of raw materials and ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Must-haves for this job
You are the ideal operator if you possess an excellent work attitude and do not shy away from physical work.
You willingly take initiative on the work floor and know how to maintain an overview, even when it's busy. You have a keen eye for detail and quality; only the best result is good enough for you. Experience or a diploma is less important than your commitment and positive mindset.
You enjoy working with colleagues and contribute to a smoothly running production process.
You are flexible and have no problem working in a day regime.
You find satisfaction in operating modern machines and performing quality checks. You are reliable, precise, and always willing to learn and improve processes.
