You are a passionate craftsman with:
- At least a BSO diploma in welding-construction or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in heavy construction
- In-depth knowledge of all welding positions, with proven success in semi-automatic multilayer fillet welds and through welds
- Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations (VCA or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail, a team player, and eager to learn

As a welder in heavy construction, you make a difference by assembling and welding structural parts according to strict WPS guidelines.
- Weld both fillet welds and butt welds, always flawlessly and in various positions (PA, PB, PC, PF, PD, PE)
- Work according to a predetermined welding sequence
- Independently ensure the visual quality and dimensions of your work
- Think technically ahead about materials and construction methods
- Your welding work is checked via ultrasonic (UT) or radiographic (RT) inspection
- You are given plenty of challenges by working on unique, complex projects.
