Job description


  • You will prepare transport documents ( CMRs) and certificates via internal software packages for the drivers. You will also contact all relevant authorities for this if necessary.

  • You check whether the loading list and the weights are correct based on the drivers' weighing cards.

  • You take care of the registration of empties.

  • You take care of the filing of CMRs and invoices.

  • You direct the drivers who come to deliver to the right quay and inform the person in charge.


Your profile


  • You are an administrative jack-of-all-trades who is numerically inclined.

  • You can express yourself well in both Dutch and English.

  • You can work independently but also attach great importance to collegiality.

  • You have a sense of responsibility.

  • You are stress-resistant and know how to set the right priorities.

  • Working hours: Start 4:00h/5:00h
