Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a skilled employee with demonstrable experience in at least one of the specialized positions within a slaughterhouse, where knife skills are essential. You have an eye for detail and quality and always work strictly according to the safety and hygiene guidelines of the food industry.
Your profile:
- You possess excellent knife skills and preferably have experience within the meat sector.
- Mastery of the Dutch language is an advantage but not required if you are technically skilled.
- You are willing to start early; your workday begins around 5:30 AM, depending on the assigned workstation.
- You can independently reach our location in Westrozebeke (public transport is not possible).
- You actively contribute to the quality and safety of our products.

Slaughterhouse

As a Versatile Slaughterer, you work in our modern slaughterhouse, where great attention is paid to safety and animal welfare. Together with a motivated team, you perform various tasks on the slaughter line, each with its own specialization.
Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will be assigned to one of the various workstations, including:
- Removing entrails (red/white organs);
- Processing of intestinal packages;
- Cleaning of filet mignon;
- Removing fat residues;
- And other slaughter tasks according to legal guidelines.
You work with professional equipment and always follow the strictest regulations regarding food safety and animal welfare. The integrity of the entire process is monitored daily by veterinarians from the FAVV. The slaughter line processes an average of 700 pigs per hour, making teamwork, pace, and precision crucial.
