As a team leader in Antwerp, you get a versatile job where you both execute and organize. You are responsible for the daily operation of the carwash and manage a team of about ten employees. You do what is needed to keep the branch running smoothly, with a healthy mix of working alongside and planning. What you specifically do in this job as a team leader in Wilrijk:
- Perform operational tasks: you actively participate in the carwash, including spraying vehicles before they go into the wash bay
- Plan and organize: you create the staff schedule and ensure efficient work distribution
- Manage your team: you motivate, guide, and coach a group of approximately ten employees
- Ensure a positive work environment: you create a space where people enjoy coming to work – with and for you
- Administrative follow-up: you keep track of performance, follow procedures, and report where necessary
- Coordinate training: you participate in monthly training sessions at the training center and drive there together with colleagues
