As a team leader in Antwerp, you get a versatile job where you both execute and organize tasks. You are responsible for the daily operation of the car wash and manage a team of about ten employees. You do what is necessary to keep the branch running smoothly, with a healthy mix of hands-on work and planning. What you specifically do in this role as a team leader in Wilrijk:
- Performing operational tasks: you actively work in the car wash, including pre-spraying vehicles before they enter the car wash lane
- Planning and organizing: you create the staff schedule and ensure efficient work distribution
- Managing your team: you motivate, guide, and coach a group of approximately ten employees
- Creating a positive working atmosphere: you foster an environment where people enjoy coming to work – for you and with you
- Handling administrative follow-ups: you track performance, follow procedures, and report where needed
- Coordinating training sessions: you participate in monthly training sessions at the training center and travel there together with colleagues
