For the vacancy of supervisor, the company offers you:

  • You start with a wage of €17.8526 per hour. After a positive evaluation after two weeks, a salary increase can be discussed

Vacation days

You are free to decide when you go on vacation, provided this is done in consultation and with the company's approval.

You will work in a warehouse environment specialized in the storage and distribution of frozen products, likely food items (such as meat, fish, vegetables, or other frozen products). This could be at a wholesaler or a logistics service provider focusing on chilled and frozen goods transport. The location is a freezer warehouse, where it is consistently very cold (often between -18°C and -25°C).

This is what your workday for the vacancy roughly looks like:

  • You manage the frozen section of the warehouse where food products are stored.
  • You conduct temperature checks and ensure that all storage conditions comply with food safety standards (ACS, IFS, HACCP).
  • You register incoming and outgoing goods and maintain a clear overview of inventory.
  • You optimize the layout of the freezer space for efficient operations.
  • You correctly apply the FEFO method (First Expired, First Out) to prevent spoilage.
  • You lead a team of employees and ensure everyone works safely and according to procedures.
  • You monitor order and cleanliness in the freezer zone.
  • You respond quickly and effectively to malfunctions in cooling systems.
  • You follow up on the planning and make adjustments where necessary.
  • You work daily in a cold environment (freezer warehouse).
  • You take export regulations into account for international shipments.
  • You communicate fluently with colleagues in Dutch and/or English.
  • You take responsibility, are organizationally strong, and function well within a team.
