How were you received at Accent?
I have had previous experiences with various recruitment agencies, mainly from the Netherlands, I can say that Accent surprised me very positively. Very professional welcome and approach of the recruiters. I'm glad they were so friendly and helpful every time I was with them.
What was the recruitment process like?
The recruitment process went smoothly and stress-free for me. To my surprise, right from the start I received many job offers that were within a 10 km radius of where I live, which is important to me. The vacancies were so varied that I could easily choose something suitable for me. I think the last point and also one of the most important is the financial one. I have always been paid on time, with hours worked accordingly and with all the benefits to which I am legally entitled.
What can you tell me about communication during the collaboration?
Communication was fluid with the office staff. I can say that communication with the office was clear and friendly, both via email and phone, and I didn't have to wait weeks for an answer when I had a question, the response was almost instantaneous. I get the impression that people are listened to and very understanding of any situation. Every issue I presented to the agency was resolved to my satisfaction.
