What brings the end of the year for people working in construction?

The end of the year is approaching and with it, some benefits are on the way for those who work in Construction under PC124:

Fidelity Stickers

These stamps are intended for all construction workers. The amount corresponds to 9% of your yearly gross wage in the period 1 July last year - 30 June current year.

What do you need to do?
You should receive the stamp card from Constructiv no later than 31 October. After you complete it, you have to transfer it to a professional Trade Union in your region. They will proceed the payment.

Paid catch-up rest days

These are 12 extra holidays per Year.  

You have the right to get them at 100%, with a condition that you are under a fix contract for the whole year. They are paid once per year at the end of October, beginning of November.

For those working with a temporary contract, they will be paid twice per year:

• 1st payment in December current year (for the period from January till November);
• 2nd payment will be done in February next year (for the period of December).

!!To have the right for this bonus, you have to work last workday before the planned catch-up rest day!!!

Same as for fidelity stickers, you should receive the letter from Constructiv. After you complete it, you have to send it to a professional Trade Union in your region. They will proceed the payment.
