Happy to Help is Accent’s out-of-hours service, which is ready to assist you after office hours and at weekends. If you need to quickly extend, cancel or change a contract outside office hours, don’t worry: we are here for you. Once your trusted Accent office has closed its doors, our out-of-hours colleagues will help you with a smile. 

When can Happy to Help be reached? 

On weekdays from 5.30pm to 8.30am. 
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, it is even available 24 hours a day.

How does it work? 

You give us a call, and we will make every effort to help you as soon as possible. As soon as you receive our confirmation regarding the drafting, extension or cancellation of the contract, your temporary agency worker can start working without any worries. What if you have not received confirmation? Then contact us again, as our confirmation will be crucial if there is a check or inspection.
