As plasterer / specialist plaster works, you contribute to the finishing of various interior projects.Your tasks include:Executing interior plaster works in homes and villasRestoring and finishing walls and ceilings in historical buildingsPreparing substratesApplying plaster layers manually and using machinesEnsuring a perfectly smooth and high-quality finishCrafting molding and decorative finishes where necessaryCollaborating with colleagues and other skilled workers on-siteWorking cleanly and accurately, with respect for the client and the site environmentWorking safely according to applicable regulations

As a construction worker for concrete repair, balcony renovation &amp; facade works, you will contribute to various renovation and repair projects.You will have a varied job where no site is the same.Your tasks include:Carrying out concrete repairs on buildings and structuresRepairing and renovating balconiesPerforming facade works such as facade renovation, facade cleaning, and facade protectionRepairing damaged concrete structuresPreparing surfaces and executing repair worksWorking with various construction products and techniquesSupporting experienced colleagues on siteCarefully and safely executing the worksNo prior experience with these specific techniques? No problem. You will receive internal training so you can grow into a full-fledged specialist.

For a growing construction company in the Torhout region, we are looking for an experienced plasterer to collaborate on various new construction projects.What does the role entail?Applying layers of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces;Using various techniques and materials for high-quality and even finishing;Independently executing machine-operated plasterwork. 

Plasterer Assistant

As a polyvalent handyman, you are a true all-rounder on the site. You are deployed for all kinds of small and larger tasks needed to fully finish a construction project.Your tasks can include the following:Carrying out general rough construction works.Small foundation works and excavation works.Repairing or bricking up openings.Small masonry works.Installing and repairing gyproc.Small plastering works.Replacing tiles or carrying out small flooring works.Filling, painting and touch-ups.Sealing works and other finishing.Installing or remounting railings.Small roofing works.Small plumbing works.Small electrical works.Transporting materials to the site with the van.Carrying out all kinds of small repairs and finishing works so that the site is ready for handover.You are therefore not the specialist who performs one specific task all day. You are the one who ensures that everything is finished down to the last detail.You mainly work independently on site and are informed daily which tasks need to be carried out.You will regularly work at height. In doing so, you can make use of a scaffold, rolling scaffold, ladder, stepladder or aerial work platform.A certificate to drive the aerial work platform is not required for this position: you will work on it at height, but you do not operate the machine.
