No problem. You will receive internal training so you can grow into a full-fledged specialist. 

Restoration Plasterer

For a growing construction company in the Torhout region, we are looking for an experienced plasterer to collaborate on various new construction projects.What does the role entail?Applying layers of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces;Using various techniques and materials for high-quality and even finishing;Independently executing machine-operated plasterwork. 

Plasterer Assistant

For this vacancy of plasterer in the Veurne region, you have a wide range of tasks:Making cornices, ornaments and decorative profiles from plaster or other materials.Using or making molds to obtain the desired shape.Finishing the pieces accurately: sanding, touching up, straightening and smoothing.Checking measurements and drawings so that the cornices fit correctly.Preparing the surface and measuring out the correct places.Placing and securing cornices to ceilings, walls or other structures.Touching up joints and small imperfections so that afterwards you hardly see any transition anymore. 

Plasterer - Full time

As a polyvalent handyman, you are a true all-rounder on the site. You are deployed for all kinds of small and larger tasks needed to fully finish a construction project.Your tasks can include the following:Carrying out general rough construction works.Small foundation works and excavation works.Repairing or bricking up openings.Small masonry works.Installing and repairing gyproc.Small plastering works.Replacing tiles or carrying out small flooring works.Filling, painting and touch-ups.Sealing works and other finishing.Installing or remounting railings.Small roofing works.Small plumbing works.Small electrical works.Transporting materials to the site with the van.Carrying out all kinds of small repairs and finishing works so that the site is ready for handover.You are therefore not the specialist who performs one specific task all day. You are the one who ensures that everything is finished down to the last detail.You mainly work independently on site and are informed daily which tasks need to be carried out.You will regularly work at height. In doing so, you can make use of a scaffold, rolling scaffold, ladder, stepladder or aerial work platform.A certificate to drive the aerial work platform is not required for this position: you will work on it at height, but you do not operate the machine.

From foundation to the final finishYou work on the complete renovation of houses, focusing on facade work, concrete restoration, demolition of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, and exterior plastering 

Renovation Worker

As a polyvalent finishing worker, you ensure that buildings and spaces are finished neatly and professionally. You work together with colleagues on various renovation and restoration projects.You perform finishing tasks such as plastering, installing plasterboard, interior joinery, floor and ceiling finishing.You prepare work areas and ensure a tidy and safe workplace.You assemble various interior and finishing elements.You work on various sites according to fixed procedures and safety regulations.You report your work to the foreman.You report any problems or deviations in time.You support colleagues and actively cooperate within the team. 

Renovation worker

As a bathroom renovation worker, you are an important link in the complete renovation process.You work under the supervision of a foreman and perform various tasks:You protect the home and carefully seal off the work area so that dust and dirt spread as little as possible.You help with the preparatory and demolition work.You carry out various structural and finishing works.You install drywall walls and ceilings.You help with pouring and leveling screed.You prepare the bathroom completely for the next phase of the renovation.You support the tiler by handing over materials, cutting tiles, and carrying out preparatory work.You carry out smaller finishing works.You seal, install skirting boards, and help provide a neat final finish.You carry out small sanitary or electrical support works where necessary.You ensure that the home and work area are left as clean and orderly as possible every day.You correctly register your worked hours and performed tasks.So you are not just an ordinary &quot;handyman or handywoman&quot; who comes by now and then to do a job somewhere. Together with your colleagues, you help build a complete end result where quality and finishing are central. 

Tiler

You assemble various constructions and ensure a high-quality finish.You install facade cladding, apply insulation, and ensure everything is neatly finished.You install underfloor heating, gyproc walls, kitchens, and bathrooms. This involves laying pipes and connecting installations.You expertly install windows and doors and ensure a perfect finish.You are responsible for applying insulation and checking the airtightness of the constructions, so that they are fully wind- and watertight. 

Timber Frame Builder
