Process Operator

You will work in a sawmill where you monitor the conveyor belts and saw machine via multiple screens.You adjust the saw blades to the customer's specifications.You perform an initial assessment in case the machine jams and intervene when necessary. 

Operating, monitoring, and adjusting the production processChecking parameters and process settingsPerforming quality controls and recording process dataDetecting and resolving minor malfunctionsCollaborating with maintenance on technical issuesEnsuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environmentAccurate transfer of information during shift changes 

You work together in a team of 4 to 5 colleaguesYou are responsible for weighing, melting, and bagging the product according to fixed procedures, planning, and quality requirementsYou contribute within a full continuous shift system (4 shifts, 7-day workweek with alternating rest days)You receive full training and learn to perform all processes and subtasks step by step 

Your main task will be working in the control room with a computer-guided system to mix raw materialsYou will correctly control, operate, and monitor the production linesYou will receive drivers and fill the trucks with mixtures you previously prepared in productionFrom the control room, you direct which silos the feed should be loaded intoOccasionally processing paperwork does not deter youBesides desk work, you will also perform physical labor such as adding bags of minerals from the production hallYou will take samples of finished products 

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for:Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production processesChecking process parameters and settingsPerforming quality control and recording process dataReporting and resolving minor technical issues-Cooperating with the maintenance department on technical problemsEnsuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environmentProper handover of information between shifts 

Supervising and monitoring the production process of potato flakesSetting up and operating machines (drums, dryers, rollers)Resolving malfunctions and performing basic maintenanceEnsuring quality and efficiencyGuaranteeing cleanliness and safetyWorking in a two-shift system

In this role, you will contribute to the production of roofing rolls used worldwide:• You monitor every step of the production process such as grinding, kneading, and mixing• You ensure the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently• You check machines and oversee temperature and contents• You perform daily maintenance and keep your workplace tidy 

As a process operator:Guidelines regarding safety and environmental care.Carry out written work assignments for necessary maintenance tasks.Handle coordinating tasks with other manufacturing and services.Deal with malfunctions or incidents by taking necessary measures or actions.Execute instructions.Follow the daily control sheet.Perform all necessary actions for continuous production of SO3 and technical sulfuric acid,batch production of oleum and storage of technical sulfuric acid and oleum.Designate the storage tank for loading tank trucks by the loading operator.
