As a CE driver, you have a very varied role in which no week is the same. You work independently and step in where needed.You are responsible for loading and unloading yourself with an electric pallet truck or roll containersYou drive various vehicles, such as refrigerated trucks, tractor-trailers, and curtain-sided trucksYou transport pallets and drive shuttle tripsYou replace colleagues during absences (illness, vacation) or during busy periodsYou mainly drive in FlandersOccasional Saturday work is possible

Driver (Category CE)

For the position of driver C Kantel at Renewi Kampenhout, you are responsible for:You are responsible for collecting tilt containers with various waste streams (types of industrial waste) in the regionYou drive from client to client and empty the roll containers. These are loaded from the side and rinsed directly in one cycle with warm water and soap to then place them back clean at the clientNo dull day only behind the wheel, but a healthy mix of driving, physical work, and personal contact with clients, planners, and colleaguesWhen completing the routes, you consider driving and rest times and traffic rules. You are responsible for the order and cleanliness of the truck and perform first-line maintenanceYou report your performance daily via a daily reportYou work 8h/day, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the late shift from 12:00 to 20:00, and on Monday and Friday you start in the morning (flexibly) 

Driver (Category C)

You pick up products, transport them, and deliver them to clientsYou drive in Belgium and occasionally abroadYou check orders and ensure all documents are in orderSleeping on the way (overnight stays) is not a problem for youYou can operate an electric pallet truck (BT) 

Task package – Truck Driver CE (Livestock and Straw Transport)As a CE driver, you are responsible for safely and correctly performing transport assignments, with a focus on livestock and straw transport within Belgium and abroad. Your tasks include:Transporting live animals (mainly livestock), with respect for animal welfare and applicable laws and regulations.Loading and unloading animals in a calm and careful manner, where experience or affinity with animals is an asset.Transporting straw, agricultural machines, and accessories, both nationally and internationally.Loading and unloading straw bales and machines, with proper attention to stability, safety, and efficiency.Properly managing transport documents, including trip sheets, export/import papers, health certificates, etc.Checking and keeping onboard documents, permits, and other required papers for transporting animals or agricultural goods in order.Taking care of a clean and well-maintained vehicle, where you timely signal small defects or irregularities.Flexibly adapting to changing trips or routes, depending on planning or transport conditions. 

As a driver CE, you are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods according to routes and planning. Your daily tasks include:Loading and unloading goods;Timely delivery to customers within the Benelux;Ensuring a clean and safe truck;Possibly working with special loads or goods under controlled temperature;Collaborating with dispatching and logistics staff. 

Distribution of beverages to hospitality businesses.Deliveries carried out according to a fixed schedule.Loading and unloading of goods (roll containers, boxes, barrels).Correctly delivering orders to customers.Workday starts early and ends early. 

As a driver at our client in Tienen, you are responsible for:Picking up, transporting, and delivering goods according to the schedule.Checking whether the cargo matches the order.Recording activities and proper document management.Basic maintenance and cleaning of your vehicle.Inspecting the technical condition and equipment of the truck.Flexibly handling changing tasks and possible overtime or evening work.Being prepared to stay overnight in the truck if necessary. 

As a CE Driver in milk transport:You drive a tank truck with turning axlesYou collect milk from one farmer (full tank) or multiple farmers (partially filled tank)You work in a fixed rotation system: 2 to 3 days work – 1 day offFor example: Monday and Tuesday &amp; off Wednesday, Thursday and Friday &amp; off Saturday, now you start your new week on Sunday, etc.The work is not physically demanding – you mainly drive a lotYou work with an onboard computer for documents and quality controlYou learn how to clean the truck correctly (following a fixed procedure)You work according to a fixed routineThere is a exception to the tachograph (specific to milk transport). 

International Truck Driver (CE)

You start at 8:30 PM and work until approximately 6:00 AM.You transport car parts to regular customers.You deliver daily to 6 to 7 customers.You are responsible for loading and unloading the goods yourself.You follow the fixed route according to the schedule and deliver correctly and on time.You complete the necessary transport documents for each delivery.

As a Team Leader, you ensure optimal resource management and guarantee quality standards at the production level.You coach the team: support, guide, motivate, provide feedback, develop skills, monitor progress, ...You give them clear instructions and closely monitor productivity.You are partly responsible for a proper welcome and training of new employees, temporary workers, and students.You track attendance/absence and ensure an optimal distribution of tasks and organization of the work in relation to leave, illness, workload, and priorities.You solve problems by making the right decisions and systematically communicate about them with your fellow team leaders and management team where needed and useful.You ensure an optimal progression of the logistics process: adjusting machines, performing maintenance work, engaging the technical service for complex disruptions, ...You are a contact person for the temp agencies and temporary workers: planning, processing requests, tracking objectives in collaboration with the site manager and the night supervisor.You ensure the quality of the logistics flow: preparing reports, formulating improvements, and adhering to the SAP flow.You ensure that rules and procedures regarding safety standards, HR, and quality are followed. 

Team Leader

As a CE distribution driver for Delhaize, you are responsible for:delivering and transporting food and beverages to supermarkets (Delhaize), using a fridge or box trailer.loading and unloading the goods yourself using roll containers, pallet trucks (minimum 8 stops)working on Saturdays is not a problem for you (2x per month, every other Saturday, 2 other weeks with longer rest periods)you prefer to start as early as possible to avoid trafficyour workday starts between 3 AM and 8 AMyou work an average of 12 hours/daydeparture location is Zellik, so having your own transport is recommended 

Depart around 02:00 at night/morningIndependently load and unload bread and pastriesDeliver to supermarkets (e.g., Delhaize, Carrefour, Spar) within a radius of 100 to 200 kmFixed working days, usually finished around 10:00 (free afternoons)
